Taylor Swift Defends Her Cats in Hilarious ‘Graham Norton Show’ Segment [Watch]

Taylor Swift stopped by 'The Graham Norton Show' recently, as did English actor and comedian John Cleese, who made a few jabs at the superstar about her cats. However, the always classy Swift held her own -- she even cracked a few jokes!

Norton told the guests they had something in common: a love of cats (to which Swift adorably put her paws up like a kitten). The host even showed a photo of a group of cats, indicating that's what's in the singer's future. "That's a few years down the road," she says in the clip, smiling.

When Norton put a photo of Olivia Benson on the screen, the audience collectively aww'd, but Cleese wasn't impressed. "How did it have the accident?" he asked.

"Is that a proper cat or is it damaged?" Cleese continued. "It's the weirdest cat I've ever seen."

Norton was on Swift's side, however, and showed a photo of Cleese's giant black cat -- Swift's response was epic.

"It's a monster!" she said. When Norton's other guest described how he's wasn't a "massive fan" of the felines, Swift scooted away from him on the couch. She brought her A-game across the pond, for sure.

But she wouldn't stand for Cleese's sexism, when he remarked that he likes cats because they're unpredictable like women. She grinned and shot back quickly with an, "Ooh, we don't want to do that."
