After their performance of 'Jenny From the Block' at the Staples Center in August, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Lopez proved that when you put two (very different) superstars together, magic can happen. Now, the odd couple may be making even more music together, joining forces on a new song.

According to Us Weekly, a source has confirmed that Swift and Lopez are going to collaborate on a new song, which is rumored to appear on Lopez's next album, due early next year.

"Both of them are huge fans of each other and excited to work together!" the source says.

After their duet at one of Swift's record-setting Staples Center concerts, where Lopez was one of the exciting guest performers, the two singers apparently finalized the plan. It seems to get along well, as the backstage footage and this new partnership shows. Plus, they both gushed praises about each other on Twitter, with Swift writing, "Sang Jenny From the Block with @JLo tonight at Staples Center. STILL FANGIRLING OUT ABOUT IT."

Lopez responded, equally enthused, saying, "@taylorswift13 had so much fun with you tonight!!! #RedTourLA #jennyfromtheblock #hairbrushsongs."

If Swift and Lopez do collaborate together, it sounds like they'll have no trouble getting along; they'll just need to find time in between Swift's hectic 2013 Red Tour schedule and Lopez's return to 'American Idol.' But where there's a will, there's a way!
