For the 2011 CMT Music Awards, country beauties Taylor Swift and Shania Twain are teaming up for what is sure to be a funny pre-taped clip. In these pictures, Swift, 21, and Twain, 45, are re-creating some scenes from the 1991 film 'Thelma and Louise' to air during the fan-voted awards show tomorrow night.

The country songstresses were snapped tooling around in the same 1966 pale blue Thunderbird that was used in the movie, which chronicles the misadventures of two friends who are on the run from the law, played by Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis. We are hoping the clip with Twain and Swift doesn't end with the movie's original ending, in which the women end a police chase by driving off a cliff. Although, it would be pretty bada--- if they did!

Check out these pictures from the 'Thelma and Louise' video shoot with Taylor Swift and Shania Twain. Twain will make a special appearance at the 2011 CMT Awards tomorrow, June 8, while Swift will also be in attendance as a three-time nominee. Stay tuned with Taste of Country for complete live coverage of the awards show tomorrow night.
