The man accused of repeatedly stalking Taylor Swift has been sentenced to 10 years of probation.

According to TMZ, Frank Andrew Hoover pleaded guilty to repeatedly violating a restraining order Swift had taken out against him. The guidelines of his probation require him to stay one mile away from Swift and her family, in addition to being tracked by a GPS for one year. He must also undergo psychological testing and submit to random drug testing, take substance abuse classes and relinquish all of his firearms.

Hoover was arrested in 2016 for violating Swift's lifetime restraining order when he got within 25-50 of her as he tried to get a photograph of her at a private hangar at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, Texas.

That arrest followed several threats Hoover made to the singer and her family for nearly a year and a half, including an email to her father, Scott, in which he said he would "end all the Swifts."

Hoover could be jailed immediately if he violates any of the terms of his probation.

Swift won another legal battle in 2017, when a jury sided with her in a sexual assault case against for radio DJ David Mueller, who was accused of groping her during a meet and greet at her concert in Denver, Colo., in 2013.

She made a surprise appearance at Nashville's legendary Bluebird Cafe on Saturday (March 31), performing her hits "Better Man," "Love Story" and "Shake It Off" alongside famed Nashville songwriter Craig Wiseman. Her latest album, Reputation, was released in November, and she's set to embark on a massive stadium world tour in support of it, making multi-night stops in several major cities across the U.S.
