Thomas Rhett Puts His Swagger on Display in ‘Make Me Wanna’ Video
Thomas Rhett's 'Make Me Wanna' video isn't your average country music visual. The relative newcomer dons his finest threads, dances a little (ok, a lot) and remixes his hit single.
Directed by TK McKamy and shot in Nashville, the 'Make Me Wanna' video took Rhett out of his usual comfort zone. He wanted it to be as unique as he is, and as fun as the song is.
"Making this video put me a little outside my comfort zone," Rhett explains in a release. "I wanted it to have a little swagger in a loose, fun way and reflect that sort of Bee Gees feel the song has."
The 24-year-old is handsome as he shuffles his feet in his tuxedo. He's no stranger to shakin' his groove thang, but he says he's not a dancer ... even if the video might show otherwise.
"I've never claimed to be a dancer, but me and my band love to goof off on stage, especially to this song," Rhett shares. "I wanted the video to reflect that and let everyone know it's OK to shake your hips a little bit."
Never fear, Thomas Rhett fans, because he doesn't dance like Justin Timberlake through the whole video -- you'll see your favorite Rhett moves, too!
