Keifer and Shawna Thompson --known as Thompson Square -- just came off of having their first No. 1 single with 'Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not,' and now they are back with a brand-new hit climbing the charts, 'I Got You.' The song's video is a throwback to the Sonny and Cher days, as the husband and wife duo swap out many wigs, mustaches and clothing options to make a colorful and fun video for the sweet love song. Surprisingly enough, the elaborate video only took two days to create.

"I think Keifer had a little bit more fun than I did," Shawna tells Taste of Country with a grin. "While I was having serious makeup and stuff going on with my hair, he was doing four or five different characters while I was in the chair waiting. We had a blast making it. There were a few times throughout the day that [director] Wes Edwards had to stop the cameras because I was crying from laughing so hard!"

"They put this mustache on me with I don't know how much glue on that thing," adds Keifer. "It took up my whole lip and into my nose. It was sticking in my nose and irritating my skin. I felt like if I smiled at all it would fall off. I don't know if you've ever tried to smile without moving your upper lip, but it's not the easiest thing in the world to do!"

Thompson Square had their work cut out for them, even with the hair and makeup helping to put them in character. "We'd never acted before, so we had to act and react to someone who wasn't really there," Keifer explains. "But we just laughed the whole time. It was an absolute blast to make!"

'I Got You' is the third single from the duo's self-titled debut album on Stoney Creek Records. Look for Thompson Square on the road this summer with Jason Aldean, beginning July 8. Click here for a complete list of dates where the tour will be stopping.
