Fans everywhere are looking forward to the 2013 CMT Music Awards, which are coming up in June. The first country music awards show to let fans vote for their favorites, the yearly event also features live performances by some of country's biggest artists -- and this year is no exception.

Luke Bryan is certainly having a big year, and his performance at the 2013 CMT Music Awards will just continue his streak. Favorite foursome Little Big Town will also take the stage, along with Pistol Annies, who've just released their second album. Hot newcomer Hunter Hayes will perform as well -- and of course, it wouldn't be a music-related awards show without an appearance from Taylor Swift, who must be on every invite list in Nashville.

Carrie Underwood also confirmed that she is performing. "Yup, I'm honored to be performing on the @CMT Awards on June 5th! It's going to be a fun night! (and my sweet hubby's birthday)!" she wrote on Facebook.

Jason Aldean and actress Kristen Bell are set to co-host this year's show, which will air live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on June 5, 2013 at 8PM ET on CMT and at CMT.com. Additional performers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Fans can vote for their favorites in the 2013 CMT Music Awards online at CMT.com, or use their mobile devices to vote via CMT Mobile from now until June 2. The six finalists for Video of the Year will be announced at the beginning of the live show, and fans will then be able to vote throughout the course of the program to determine the big winner.

Fans can also keep up with breaking news about the show by following CMT on Twitter, using the hashtag #CMTawards or becoming a fan of the CMT Music Awards on Facebook.
