Big & Rich to Play AutoZone Liberty Bowl Halftime Show

Big & Rich will headline the AutoZone Liberty Bowl's halftime show in Memphis, Tenn. on Dec. 29. The country duo -- whose song 'Comin' to Your City' is well-known to college football fans -- will take the field after two days worth of celebrations and performances.

The Liberty Bowl will feature a clash of SEC and Big 12 conference football teams. One night before taking the field, Big Kenny and John Rich will be honored with the Bowl's Outstanding Achievement Award. Previous honorees have included Elvis Presley, B.B. King, Clint Black and Alabama.

'Comin' to Your City' is used as the theme song for ESPN's 'College GameDay' on Saturdays. The title track from that album is one of several Top 20 hits the duo has notched since 'Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)' put them on the map in 2004. 'Look at You' -- from the independently-released 'Gravity' album -- is currently inside the Top 10 at country radio.
