Blake Shelton took the stage at the 2015 CMA Awards in Nashville on Wednesday night (Nov. 4) to perform his current single, the fun and infectious "Gonna."

The song is the latest single from his current Bringing Back the Sunshine album, and it's a mid-tempo but very fun song. Written by Luke Laird and Craig Wiseman, it returns Shelton to the kind of material that he does best.

“Love you all night long / Till the cricket starts trippin’ / Girl I ain’t just flirting, I’m certain / I’m working on a long term plan / Gonna be your man / Gonna put a little rock steady on your hand," Shelton sang, looking dapper and happy as he performed for the crowd at the Bridgestone Arena in Music City.

Shelton's performance came on the same day that he and his fellow The Voice judge, Gwen Stefani, finally confirmed the rumors that have been swirling around that they are dating. She was reportedly with him in Nashville, but did not appear with him on the broadcast.
