You don't need many accessories when you're wearing a $31 million necklace. Aside from her wedding ring and a stunning black Roberto Cavalli gown (plus a few intimates, we suspect), that's all Carrie Underwood had on as she walked the red carpet on Sunday night (Feb. 10) at the 2013 Grammy Awards.

"It's heavy on my soul," the 'Blown Away' singer told E! news (quote via People). "I'm afraid someone is going to tackle me and steal it."

"It's worth more than me," she added humorously.

If you consider her recent fiscal year, though, she's right. Forbes recently named her the second highest-earning 'American Idol' star, as she made $5 million between May 2011 and May 2012. Add husband Mike Fisher's hockey salary of $4 million and the two will have to work for three-plus years to pay for the bobble if she misplaces it.

Johnathon Andt provided the oval, pear, marquise and white diamond necklace. It's 381 carats if you're keeping score at home. Think of all the rabbits she could feed with that!
