Little Big Town hit the stage at the 2018 Grammy Awards on Sunday night (Jan. 28) to perform their mega-hit single, "Better Man."

The group took the stage clad in sparkly black-and-white costumes, with lead singer Karen Fairchild wearing a floor-length white coat over her black dress. Fairchild reached well beyond her recorded performance on the song, belting it out with control and power as her bandmates demonstrated once again while they are one of the premier vocal groups across all genres, not just country.

The celebrated vocal quartet went into the show as two-time Grammy winners and have scored 11 career nominations. They were nominated twice in 2018; for Best Country Album for Breaker and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "Better Man," the latter of which they won during the untelevised preshow before the Grammys broadcast Sunday.

"Better Man" also earned a Best Country Song nomination for Taylor Swift as its songwriter. That award went to Chris Stapleton and Mike Henderson for "Broken Halos."

Several country music moments are set to highlight the 60th annual Grammy Awards, including a joint performance between Stapleton and Emmylou Harris. Eric Church, Maren Morris and Brothers Osborne will also join together for a special musical tribute to the victims of the mass shooting that took place at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas in October.

Little Big Town are hitting the road extensively in 2018. They are teaming with Kacey Musgraves and Midland for their Breakers Tour beginning Feb. 8, and they will pair with Miranda Lambert for the Bandwagon Tour that kicks off in July.
