Luke Bryan just checked another item off his bucket list. The country fan favorite's new collection 'Spring Break ... Here to Party' opened in the No. 1 position on the Billboard charts -- selling more copies than stars like Tim McGraw, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, and even out-selling a collection of unreleased tracks by legendary rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix.

Bryan's newly-released EP sold almost 150K units in its opening week -- more than five times as much as Florida Georgia Line, whose 'Here's to the Good Times' sold 26K copies in its in its 14th week on the charts, placing second in the country genre. The total is more than Bryan has ever sold in one week.

Pistol Annies member Ashley Monroe also had a strong opening week. Her Vince Gill-produced album 'Like a Rose' moved just under 11K units to come in at No. 10 on the country chart.

Bryan is hot in every facet of his career right now; he won nine American Country Awards in December, and in April he will co-host the ACM Awards with Blake Shelton. He is also up for both Male Vocalist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year. He's also working on an upcoming album, which he hopes to release by mid-summer.
