Summer is winding down, and fall fashions are starting to show up in malls, catalogs and on our favorite country vocalists. With temperatures still pretty hot, some country stars aren't quite ready to say goodbye to white and strapless tops, but who can blame them?

Carrie Underwood seems to be embracing both pregnancy and jackets. Meanwhile, two songstresses decided to keep a little white in their wardrobe while out in Sin City this month. Kimberly Perry made the cut in this week's Taste of Style, but it wasn't for her clothes, per se. She showed off her sense of style in another way.

This week it's all about the ladies, and one particular songstress who sparkled during her Grand Ole Opry debut. From a custom necklace and custom heels to a little black dress, she took the cake this week (the cupcake, that is) when it comes to fashion. Find these photo highlights and more in our Taste of Style.

Even though blonde bombshell Carrie Underwood is pregnant, she still pulls out all the stops when it comes to looks. During the New York City 2014 Global Citizen Festival on Saturday (Sept. 27), Underwood brought her best black and a pair of uber trendy booties for her performance. According to Just Jared, Underwood donned a little black dress with an Alice + Olivia jacket over top. The jacket hid what is sure to be a growing baby belly on the slim singer.

On her feet, the 'Something in the Water' star spared no expense with her black booties by Gian Marco Lorenzi. The sexy footwear were even adorned with gold trim! She paired the anything-but-basic black with Jacob & Co. jewelry (and of course that wedding bling!).

The Band Perry's Kimberly Perry

Kimberly Perry is one fab fashion vixen. She's always dressed to the nines, and her long locks help push her badness even further. Even though the frontlady usually keeps her blonde hair down for shows, she recently tried a new hairdo -- and we had serious hair envy!

Kimberly put several braids in her locks, leading it straight back into a high ponytail. She posted the photo showcasing the style on her Instagram account, and fans reacted with a flood of compliments. One fan was spot on when she wrote, "They totally go with your 'pretty country girl bada--' look.'" We couldn't have said it better ourselves.

Kacey Musgraves

Kacey Musgraves has no fear when it comes to fashion. She proudly sports her Loretta Lynn-esque look, and it's one only she can pull off in 2014. Musgraves brought country to Las Vegas when she performed during the iHeartRadio Music Fan Village.

She wore what appears to be a leather white, fringed skirt with a matching cropped vest and matching wrist accessories. Under the vest, Musgraves spoted a red and white checkered shirt, which she tied up (hey there, Daisy Duke). The singer left her heels at home and instead wore cowboy white boots. Yee-haw!

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift's relationship continues ... her relationship with cropped tops, that is! This time, though, there were no high-waisted shorts. Instead, Swift donned a skin-tight, high-waisted skirt in what other color but red, which of course matched her signature red lips.

On top, the 'Shake it Off' singer wore a tight white top that flattered her frame. Both the pencil skirt and crop top are from the Calvin Klein Resort 2015 Collection. On her feet, she wore shoes many women only dream of having -- a pair of tri-color Christian Louboutins (we'll give you a minute to drool). Like most ladies mentioned here, Swift paired her sexy style with some bling bling! The country-turned-pop singer rocked a Le Vian diamond ring and Sethi Couture diamond earrings. After all, diamonds are a girl's best friend.

This Week's Fashion Diva: RaeLynn

Team Blake alumna RaeLynn made her Grand Ole Opry debut Friday (Sept. 26), looking as adorable as ever and making a dream come true. "All I'm thinking is that Dolly stood right here," she said on the stage. "If I met her, I'd probably pass out." Luckily, she performed without a hitch to a cheering crowd ... no passing out necessary!

The 20-year-old 'God Made Girls' singer is known for her bubbly personality, which shined on the Opry stage, and her wardrobe complemented her nicely! She usually relies on Nashville stylists (and pals) Ani and Ari, and this fabulous form-fitting black number was no different. The duo tell us they styled her in a Keepsake dress from their Music City store. The flattering feminine shape is one the singer-songwriter calls a "cupcake style."

"I like strapless stuff. I like the whole cupcake outfit -- cupcake style,” RaeLynn tells Taste of Country. This perfect Opry dress was all things she loves, from the strapless black top to the flaring simple skirt. It fit her like a glove. Across her neck, she wore a custom-made dark accent necklace with a red center. It was hard to keep our eyes on the dress, though, with those sparkly shoes! RaeLynn teased the fabulous heels, which were encrusted with multicolored custom rhinestones. Although the outfit certainly wowed, it didn't take away from her three-song debut.
