Taylor Swift asked Sugarland to record a song she wrote called "Babe," so they invited the country-now-pop star to sing on it. It's their second single and latest release from their upcoming Bigger album.

Swift wrote the breakup song, but her biggest contribution (at least vocally) comes in the chorus: "This is the last time I'll ever call you babe," she adds, echoing Nettles. Neither woman is giving this no-good cheating man a second chance.

"I'm here on the kitchen floor / You call, but I won't hear it / You said no one else, how could you do this? / Babe / You really blew this, babe / We ain't getting through this one, babe / This is the last time I'll ever call you babe / This is the last time I'll ever call you babe."

Swift adds a "How could you do this, babe?" late in the song and finishes out the final chorus.

"Babe" follows "Still the Same," Sugarland's Top 30 radio single released last fall. The Bigger album, out June 8, marks their first studio release in nearly eight years.

Did You Know?: Swift wrote "Babe" with Train frontman Pat Monahan — it's the only song on Sugarland's Bigger album that the country duo did not write, but one they knew they needed to record.

5 Reasons We Need Sugarland in Our Lives Again!

Sugarland's "Babe" Lyrics (Written by Taylor Swift):

What a shame / Didn't want to be the one that got away, yeah / Big mistake, you broke the sweetest promise that you never should have made / I'm here on the kitchen floor / You call, but I won't hear it / You said no one else, how could you do this?

Chorus: Babe / You really blew this, babe / We ain't getting through this one, babe / This is the last time I'll ever call you babe / This is the last time I'll ever call you babe

What a waste / Taking down the pictures and the plans we made, yeah / And it's strange how your face doesn't look so innocent / Your secret has its consequence and that's on you, babe / I break down every time you call / We're a wreck — you're the wrecking ball / We said no one else, how could you do this?

Chorus

Since you admitted it, I can picture it / Her lips on your neck, I can't unsee it / I hate that because of you, I can't love you, babe

Chorus repeated
