Big congrats to Taylor Swift! The country cutie was crowned Entertainer of the Year at the 2012 ACM Awards, marking her second consecutive win of the prestigious fan-voted award. Although she was the youngest nominee in the category, going up against country vets Jason AldeanKenny ChesneyBrad Paisley and Blake Shelton, Swift managed to get the most fan votes to win Entertainer of the Year once again.

Lionel Richie presented the award to Swift, who looked surprised as her name was announced as the winner -- but nothing new there! The sweet songstress kissed fellow nominees Aldean and Chesney before she took her place at the podium for her acceptance speech. "Thank you so much to the fans who voted for this. I am so happy about this... [And to my fellow nominees in this category,] I respect you so much and I love you," Swift said as she smiled with her new ACM award in hand.

After giving thanks to her family, mentors and Swifties, the 'Sparks Fly' songstress took the time to give a shoutout to Kevin McGuire, the cancer-stricken fan who was supposed to attend the 2012 ACM Awards with Swift. The teen had originally invited Swift to his prom, but she couldn't attend and instead invited him to be her date to the awards show in Vegas. McGuire was all set to go, but sadly, he was too ill to make it and had to return to the hospital. He is in our thoughts and prayers during this time, and we know Swift was sad he wasn't at her side to revel in the Entertainer of the Year win.
