Taylor Swift is getting 'Punk'd' by Justin Bieber this season, and as the details spill out, we're getting more and more excited. According to Hollywood Life, Bieber reportedly called in his girlfriend -- Swift's good friend Selena Gomez -- to assist in the pranking, which involved fireworks gone wrong and a ruined wedding ... with the blame placed on the 'Love Story' songstress.

Getting close to Swift was easy for Bieber. The 17-year-old pop icon suggested that the pair write a song together, and like the sweetheart that she is, Swift obliged. “Justin called Taylor Swift and asked if she would come over to his beach house and help him write a song for Selena Gomez," an insider reveals. "Taylor agreed and even asked him to open for her at her show that night at the Staples Center!" That explains how Bieber ended up onstage with Swift during her L.A. stint, but what we didn't see was what happened before the 'Baby' performance that night.

Allegedly, once Swift came over, Bieber suggested that they set off some fireworks in his backyard, which isn't too far-fetched for a teen boy. They were having fun, enjoying their own business, when one of the fireworks that Swift shot hit a boat off-shore and set it ablaze. Suddenly, dozens of people -- actors -- in wedding attire were abandoning their sinking, flaming ship to swim ashore. Once they hit the sand, they all pointed fingers straight at Swift for ruining their floating wedding.

"Taylor didn’t start crying but was very freaked out and was like ‘OMG I'M SO SORRY!'" the source says, relaying the 'Mean' singer's reaction. "Justin was trying to downplay the situation. When he said she’d been punk’d she started laughing and said, ‘How could you do this to me?!’"

We can't help but feel sorry for Swift if this scenario did really happen, despite the fact that it's all in good fun. The Taylor Swift/Justin Bieber 'Punk'd' will act as the season premiere, though an air date has not yet been released.
