If you want to see Taylor Swift on her upcoming Red Tour, then you better be quick on the draw. As has been true with her past tours, many of Swift's upcoming 2013 dates sold out within minutes of going on sale on Friday morning.

The mayhem started when the pop-country crossover star sold out two shows at L.A.'s Staples Center in 60 seconds flat. And it wasn't a fluke. Of those that went on sale this week, Swift proceeded to sell out Toronto's Rogers Centre and two shows at Washington, D.C.'s Verizon Center in five minutes. Then, tickets disappeared for Detroit's Ford Field in 10 minutes, followed by two shows at Phillips Arena in Atlanta in five. The red-hot hitmaker also sold out Soldier Field in Chicago in under 30 minutes.

Never one to let down her fans, the Swift has added more 2013 Red Tour dates to her jam-packed schedule. She'll play an additional Toronto show on June 14, plus Foxborough, Mass. on July 26 and two more shows in L.A. on Aug. 23 and Aug. 24 in addition to the previously-scheduled Aug. 19 and Aug. 20 concerts.

It's no wonder that tickets are selling like hotcakes. Swift has been hinting to the press that her upcoming performance will be even more theatrical than her Speak Now Tour, if you can believe it.

"I really want it to be something that entertains people and has them leaving the arena or the stadium going, ‘That was worth the money we spent for the ticket, that was worth waiting in line and parking the car, and filing into the arena — that was worth it!’" she told Taste of Country in a recent interview.

We're sure that nobody will walk away from the country star's Red Tour without a smile on their face... as long as they can get a ticket, that is.
