Thomas Rhett's Home Team has a lot to be excited about today. The Georgia native hit his social media accounts on Monday morning (March 16) to tease his fans with a brand new, super fun song called "Crash and Burn."

The rising star posted a 15-second video clip giving fans a sneak peek at new music with the caption, "New jamzzzzz." In the background of the video is an upbeat (and very catchy) breakup song called "Crash and Burn," which will presumably appear on a much-anticipated new album.

The video starts with Rhett doing what appears to be a video or photo shoot, as he's standing in front of a white screen. He's looking dapper with a short new 'do and a white T-shirt. The hashtag #crash&burn appears over the video. Rhett is posing and smiling while having his pictures taken both in the studio and out in the woods. Yellow smoke fills one of the rooms, hinting at the song's lyrics about a relationship ending or crashing and burning. The visual ends with a black flat bill hat that reads "Home Team," a nod to his dedicated fanbase.

"Teardrops fallin' down, down," Rhett sings in the "Crash and Burn" lyrics. "A slammin' door and a lesson learned, I let another lover crash and burn."

Fans are eagerly letting Rhett know their thoughts on the upcoming tune. In fact, the clip was viewed more than 20,000 times on Facebook alone in just a few hours after being released. We're hoping the new track drops in full soon, as it's clear we're not the only ones who can't wait to get our hands on it!
