Tim McGraw has honored many veterans through his partnership with Chase and Operation Homefront. He's given away homes and cakes and even a puppy, and now he's planning a tribute concert for military members and their families at U.S. Naval Station Mayport to celebrate Veteran's Day.

The singer will perform at the Chase Presents Live From the HomeFront event in Jacksonville, Fla. on Nov. 10, which is the eve of Veteran's Day.

"It’s easy for me to show up and play music to honor the men and women who have the really tough jobs," McGraw shares. "To me, it’s just one small thing I can do to help show how much we appreciate what they put on the line and what these families sacrifice every single day."

The 'Highway Don't Care' hitmaker won't just be performing -- he says that giving away homes has left an indelible mark on him, and he'll give away another home to a deserving family at the Veteran's Day event.

"Since we started this program 18 months ago, I have had the privilege of meeting many service members and their families and have heard many inspiring stories," the singer reveals. "It’s something I’m proud to do and want to take it as far as we can!”

He should be very proud of what he's done. Since the partnership began over a year ago, McGraw and company have awarded more than 70 mortgage-free homes to wounded warriors and military members in need.

The Veteran's Day concert will be broadcast live on the Pentagon Channel and online at McGraw's website and YouTube channel beginning Nov. 10 at 8:45 PM ET.
