2011 Taste of Country Awards Winners Announced

The winners of the 2011 Taste of Country Awards have been announced. Two artists won multiple awards, with the rest being handed out to some of the past year's biggest hitmakers.

Taste of Country readers decided the winners of this inaugural awards ceremony. Voting opened up during the final week of November and lasted until Jan. 1 at 11:59PM. The artists who reminded their fans and followers to help out with posts on Twitter and Facebook fared very well in each of the 10 categories. Voting for many of the categories went down to the final hours before a clear winner emerged, often by only a single percentage point.

Taylor Swift led the way with seven nominations, but did she go seven-for-seven? Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean and Scotty McCreery were also nominated for multiple awards. Click through these pages to see who the award winners are.
