Keith Urban presented the Female Vocalist of the Year award to the dazzling Miranda Lambert at the 2013 ACMs, and she was completely surprised by the win. "I thought for sure Carrie had it this year, and she damn well deserves it!" she said as she took the stage... and broke into tears.

She paused and whispered, "I can't say that on TV!"

The 'Mama's Broken Heart' hitmaker, quickly switched gears as she stated -- with tears streaming down her face -- "A huge dream of mine came true because I went from a little girl singing in a hairbrush to singing with Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson."

The blonde sparkplug certainly showed she is a truly great artist at the ACMs in 2013, with her performance earlier in the evening and a slew of awards, including Single Record of the Year and Song of the Year. She was up against top-notch acts for Female Vocalist, including Martina McBride, Kacey Musgraves, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood.

After Lambert exited the stage, her husband Blake Shelton got back up with the microphone, shaking his head with a small smile, clearly proud of his wife -- and touched by her heartfelt speech.
