By now, it seems that everyone knows Taylor Swift often takes her own form of personal revenge against ex-boyfriends in the form of songwriting. From Michael J. Fox's warning and Tina Fey's wisecrack at the 2013 Golden Globe awards, Swift's ability to pen her heartbreak into Triple Platinum success has been noted. In fact, even President Obama has been up-to-date with what the superstar's albums are all about.

At the 2013 White House Correspondents' Dinner, the President took a lighthearted crack at the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker as he's talked about the budget sequester. "Republicans fell in love with it. Now they can't stop talking about how much they hate it," the president said, adding, "It's like we're trapped in a Taylor Swift album."

Although the singer was deeply offended by Fey's comments at the Golden Globes -- and even combated the jokes with some fire of her own -- it's hard to imagine Swift would take offense at Obama's harmless jab. With a hit like 'We Are Never Getting Back Together,' the 23-year-old probably expects these types of comments.

In fact, the songstress is currently on her 2013 Red Tour, with thousands of fans who are wholeheartedly singing along to every breakup song she has ever written.
