Country Stars Who Have Acted: Carrie Underwood

While there's no doubt Hollywood would have loved to have Carrie Underwood in a movie or television show immediately after she won 'American Idol,' the singer took it slow, beginning with a one episode appearance on 'How I Met Your Mother' in 2010. Since then, she's only chosen one other script -- the role of Sarah Hill in 2011's 'Soul Surfer.' Both roles were more than believable, leading one to think and hope that she'll be on the silver screen again soon.
