Darius Rucker will return to host the 2015 ACM Lifting Lives Golf Tournament on Sunday, April 18.

Kix Brooks, Charles Kelley, Chris Young and Branch & Dean will join Rucker for the event, marking the fourth time he has hosted in the nine-year history of the tournament, which is presented this year by G. Debbas Chocolatier and GoPicnic.

The artists and other music industry insiders will participate in a scramble tournament to raise funds and awareness for ACM Lifting Lives’ Diane Holcomb Emergency Relief Fund, which "enables ACM Lifting Lives to respond quickly to unforeseen, immediate financial needs of music related organizations and individuals." The funds are distributed at the discretion of a committee of ACM Lifting Lives board members and can cover a wide range of financial, medical and personal emergencies. The fund was established to honor Diane Holcomb's memory by her daughter, Gayle Holcomb, who served four years as Chairman of the Board of the Academy of Country Music.

ACM Lifting Lives is the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music, "dedicated to improving lives through the power of music." The organization works to fund music education programs, provide financial assistance for community members who are faced with unexpected hardships, fund disaster relief and community outreach, work with music camps for people with disabilities, support programs that provide music therapy for returning veterans and wounded warriors and even provide grants to help them transition back into life. This year's ACM Lifting Lives Golf Tournament will take place at the Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas. More artists are to be announced.
