Lauren Alaina is taking down country music's heavy hitters on her way to Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame status. While the 17-year-old is only halfway there, she's already topped Lee Brice and Alan Jackson. Last week ,'Georgia Peaches' battled Jackson's 'So You Don't Have to Love Me Anymore' and in the final minutes created enough separation to allow the contest to be called. The 51 to 49 percent margin is one of the narrowest in Showdown history.

Another competitor awaits Alaina this week. Keith Urban's new song 'You Gonna Fly' is the fourth single from his 'Get Closer' album, an album that drove one of the top tours of 2011. He's just put together a music video for the Top 10 hit, which features live footage of that tour. The catchy hit is a ton of fun, and it will surely draw a lot of consideration.

Alaina's song hasn't found the same amount of chart success just yet, but the song has mobilized her fan base in previous Showdown competitions. They are, after all, used to voting for the one-time 'American Idol' contestant, who says the song is perfect for her because it's sweet and sassy. Listen to both songs and decide which song you prefer. Showdown voting ends on Jan. 29 at 11:59PM ET.

Showdown Rules: The artist and song with the most votes wins, and winner goes on to face next week’s challenger. If an artist wins four weeks in a row, he or she will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete.
