Jaron Lowenstein – Most Political Country Singers

Jaron Lowenstein of Jaron and the Long Road to Love is a fun Twitter follow during presidential debates. Politics are clearly something he enjoys, and making fun of presidential candidates is something he's pretty good at. During the first presidential debate, he didn't take sides, instead choosing to point out absurdities from both President Obama and Mitt Romney.

While his political leanings aren't 100 percent clear, he has been a vocal proponent of same sex marriage. After North Carolina's Amendment 1 passed in May, he took to Facebook to vent. "I’m going on record now to be clear that I am NOT one of those “others” so when my kids ask me “dad, were you one of the ignorant?” I can say “check out my facebook timeline dude!” Stay proud North Carolina."
