Sound Off: Who Deserves a 2017 CMA Awards Male Vocalist of the Year Nomination?
The 2017 CMA Awards nominations will be revealed on Monday (Sept. 4), and there are certain singers we're pretty sure will make the cut. Which country singers do you think deserve Male Vocalist of the Year nominations in the 2017 CMA Awards?
Jason Aldean has had another huge year of hits and stadium dates, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year in the 2017 CMA Awards. Dierks Bentley seems a likely bet, and Luke Bryan is another superstar who's on such a hot streak that a nod makes sense. Sam Hunt and Dustin Lynch are both a little newer, but both of them bring such different vocal strengths to country music that either one could also get a CMA nomination.
Newcomer Brett Young might be a bigger stretch than some of the others on this list, but that's only if you haven't heard him yet. He scored one of the breakout songs of the year with "In Case You Didn't Know," and if you need any further convincing, one listen to his amazing cover of "Hallelujah" for Taste of Country's 2017 RISERS is all you need to become a convert for life.

Blake Shelton's a perpetual nominee and frequent winner in the Male Vocalist of the Year category, and we also expect to see Keith Urban, while Thomas Rhett and Chris Stapleton both seem like safe bets in the 2017 CMA nominations.
Which of these fine country singers deserve a Male Vocalist of the Year nomination in the 2017 CMA Awards? Vote as often as once an hour until Monday (Sept. 4) at 8AM ET. The top five vote-getters will be the fan consensus.
Lynch, Lauren Alaina and Brothers Osborne will team up to announce the 2017 CMA Awards nominees beginning at 8:30AM ET during a special broadcast of Good Morning America. The 2017 CMA Awards will air Wednesday, Nov. 8 on ABC, with Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood returning to co-host for the tenth time.
