Austin Webb Welcomes Baby Boy, Owen

Austin Webb is officially a dad! Webb and his wife, Melanie, welcomed their first child, Owen, into the world on June 4, and the new parents are overjoyed.

The singer shared a photo of their new addition on Instagram, including his weight (5 lbs., 14 oz.) and length (21 in.), calling it the best day of his life.

Webb announced the pending arrival of his son back in December with the clever caption, “we’re trading our silent nights for a bundle of joy,” showing off Melanie’s baby bump surrounded by cozy Christmas decor. They revealed that baby was a boy in February with a similarly adorable Instagram post. The couple were married in November of 2016 after a year-long engagement.

The “All Country on You” singer is gearing to release a new full-length record, which according to his Facebook page will be out soon. He co-wrote a recent Colt Ford single titled "Young Americans," which features Charles Kelley and his brother Josh Kelley. When not writing, he's been touring saloons and clubs around the country over the past few months continuing to build his fanbase and hone his sound.
