Ashlie Kolb is a born and raised farm girl with roots in the Midwest. Currently, she is a freelance TV Host covering the music and entertainment scene in Nashville. Her stories air on the nationally syndicated lifestyles program Better TV. She has interviewed everyone from Taylor Swift to Sheryl Crow to Tim McGraw, and many more. In addition, she has worked every major country award show red carpet from the ACM Awards to the CMT Awards to the CMA Awards. Her extensive resume of TV work includes 'CMT Star Crossed,' 'Music Row Profiles,' 'Nashville at Nite,' the Nashville Film Festival and ESPN GameDay Radio. She can also be seen in music videos by artists Brad Paisley, Brooks and Dunn, Trisha Yearwood, Sugarland and more. She received her master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois and expanded on her knowledge of country music through internships with the entertainment news shows 'CMT Insider' on CMT and 'Nashville, Music and More' on WSMV-TV.
