Little Big Town will leave their mark on a series of revered venues across the U.S. next year. The Grammy-winning foursome have announced the Nightfall Tour for 2020, coinciding with the release of their new album in January.

Over the course of roughly five months, the group will perform Nightfall in its entirety in 20 world class venues, often for two-night stays in each city. The tour begins on Jan. 16 at the historic Carnegie Hall, followed by a pair of shows at the Apollo Theatre. They then travel to the Met in Philadelphia before performances at the Chicago Theatre, the Gothic style Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles and the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, among many others.

The Nightfall Tour wraps with back-to-back shows at the Paramount Theatre in Denver on May 1 and 2. Caitlyn Smith — whose debut studio album Starfire was released in 2018 to critical acclaim and co-wrote Trisha Yearwood's new single "Every Girl in This Town" — will open for band.

Little Big Town announced on Monday (Sept. 9) that their new album will be released on Jan. 17, launched with the lead single "Over Drinking," along with "The Daughters." The "Girl Crush" singers tell the Associated Press that Carnegie Hall is one of the venues they've dreamed of performing in.

“The record feels kind of cinematic to me, but there’s also a lot of beautiful intimate moments. In a theater, this record is really going to shine,” Fairchild says.

Tickets for the Nightfall Tour go on sale to the public on Friday (Sept. 13) at 10AM local time.
