Taylor Swift Takes Conor Kennedy Home to Nashville to Meet Her Parents
Lately, Taylor Swift has been spending a significant amount of time with the Kennedys -- in particular, Conor Kennedy, the handsome 18-year-old grandson of the late Robert F. Kennedy. This week, the tables turned when Conor got a chance to spend some time with the Swift family in their hometown of Nashville, Tenn.
With the internet at the fingertips, the buzz was quick after several fans spotted Swift and her new beau palling around Music City together. On Thursday, country music's sweetheart paused at the famous Nashville breakfast joint the Pancake Pantry to greet a few fans and snap a photo with them, even though she was with Conor at the time.
"This day is the best day of my life," a fan named Abby wrote on her Tumblr page after meeting Swift. "I met Taylor Swift with my absolute best friends like we said we would do one day. We saw her with her new boyfriend. We told her how happy we were for here and she had the biggest smile on her face."
According to Perez Hilton, another fan snapped a photo while Swift and Kennedy had a sit-down meal with the 'Story of Us' hitmaker's parents. A separate photo of the young couple, with Mom and Dad again, turned up on Hollywood Life, and it's in a totally different restaurant than the first, proving that Conor has spent lots of quality time eating meals with the Swifts lately.
Swift already has a stamp of approval from Conor's grandmother, Ethel Kennedy, who said the family "should be so lucky" for Swift to join the Kennedy family. And it would appear that the Swifts may feel the same way about Conor.
Up until now, we've been a little skeptical of Swift's new romance -- after all, the media has paired her with several 'boyfriends' who turned out to be fodder for the rumor mill. But we're starting to think that Conor Kennedy just might be the one for Taylor Swift.
