Taylor Swift gave Ellen DeGeneres her first sit-down interview in over two years on Wednesday's (May 15) episode of the Ellen show, and she invited the host to appear in her next music video.

The pair spoke about everything from music to cats to ex-boyfriends in the exclusive interview. Swift then asked DeGeneres to be in her video, which she says is debuting "soon-ish."

She also confirmed that she's completed her seventh studio album. The only way that it wouldn't be complete is if she came up with another song, she explains. The new music is bound to contain even more of Swift's classic Easter eggs. DeGeneres got her to reveal that the French-speaking portion at the beginning of her "Me!" music video is, in fact, an Easter egg.

Now that fans know there are numerous Easter eggs hidden in her music video, there's bound to be theories that aren't credible — one of which is that Swift was a part of the Avengers.

True Story: Jimmie Allen Once Appeared in a Taylor Swift Commercial!

"There were some fans that thought I had something to do with Avengers: Endgame, which I would have loved to been asked but I wasn't asked to be in it at all," Swift explains. "Because we had the single coming out the same day and I have a song that is called "Endgame" and so they were like, 'Oh my God, she's going to defeat Thanos.' I let everyone down."

Swift participated in a round of Ellen’s Burning Questions for a segment where DeGeneres asks her guests random questions in a rapid-fire pace. DeGeneres asked what was the most rebellious thing she did as a teenager, and Swift laughed as she replied,  "Probably when I put Joe Jonas on blast on your show, that was too much. I was eighteen — we laugh about it now but that was mouthy."
