Lainey Wilson needs to start touring with a shelf to carry all of her awards. She is currently holding the hardware for 2023 CMA Entertainer of the Year and 2024 ACM Entertainer of the Year, but she's not using her new position to make big demands.

Here's What Lainey Wilson Requires Backstage at Every Show

I got under the hood and asked the "Hang Tight Honey" singer what is on her tour rider. Wilson came out of the gate swinging.

She said, "I don't know, but I'm gonna tell you right now, I need to be a little more bougie, 'cause some of my artist friends are like, 'I want some new underwear, I want some new socks, they gotta be 3/4 length, I want purple solo cups, I want just the red Skittles.'"

After we both shared a laugh, Wilson got into it and answered the question.

"Mine right now is probably throat coat tea, I normally ask for a kettle, in case there ain't like a microwave where I'm at. Lemon Halls, some cough drops, and probably whiskey and water."

Wilson circled back around and said, "I don't have a lot on my rider. Like, I'm not gonna be asking for a new toilet lid."

Wilson was joking, but there are some very wild tour rider requests out there, and a new toilet lid seems like something that some artists might ask for.

Wilson certainly has acquired the fanbase, the hits and the clout to demand dang near anything she wants to demand before a show, but showing her true Southern roots, she keeps it very much down to earth.
