2015 ACM Awards Off-Camera Winners Announced
The Academy of Country Music has announced the 2015 ACM Awards winners in a number of categories that won't be presented onscreen during the televised broadcast.
Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Loretta Lynn and more are among the early winners.
Bryan will receive the Gene Weed Special Achievement Award, which "acknowledges unprecedented, unique and outstanding individual achievement in country music," according to a press release. Church is being given the Jim Reeves International Award, which is "presented to an artist for outstanding contributions to the acceptance of country music throughout the world." Lynn will receive the Crystal Milestone Award to commemorate marking 50 years in country music in 2014, with new music on the way.
Alabama will be honored with the Career Achievement Award, which is given to an artist that has "advanced the popularity and acceptance of country music through their endeavors in the entertainment industry in multiple areas during the preceding calendar year."
Tim DuBois and Barry Adelman will both be recognized with the Mae Boren Axton Award for "years of dedication and service by an outstanding individual to the Academy of Country Music," while Felice and Boudleaux Bryant and Bob McDill will receive this year's Poet's Award, which honors outstanding songwriters.

The 50th annual ACM Awards will air from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Sunday, April 19 at 8PM live ET/delayed PT on CBS. Special Awards honorees will be recognized separately at the 9th Annual ACM Honors event on Sept. 1, 2015 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Medium Capacity Venue of the Year: Red Rocks Amphitheatre – Morrison, Colo.
Large Capacity Venue of the Year: Hollywood Bowl – Hollywood, Calif.
Don Romeo Talent Buyer of the Year : Sally Williams – Ryman Auditorium
Promoter of the Year: Ed Warm – Joe’s Live
Bass Player of the Year: Glenn Worf
Drummer of the Year: Greg Morrow
Guitar Player of the Year: Tom Bukovac
Piano/Keyboards Player of the Year: Michael Rojas
