It’s Billy Ray Cyrus’ Tattoo!

Billy Ray Cyrus has at least three tattoos, including this Native American eagle on his right arm. His left arm has a tattoo with "Music Changes Everything" written on it, and his hand has a heart that daughter Miley Cyrus hand-drew one day before the pair spontaneously decided to make it permanent.

Tattoos are popular in the Cyrus family, as Miley has a couple, and son Trace Cyrus probably has more inked skin than not. When one flips through early photos or watches early videos of the famous country singer dad, however, he notices a lack of art on his sleeveless arms. Tattoos seemed to have replaced the mullet since Cyrus' early days.
