Isaiah Fisher's mom goes all out for his birthday. Superstar Carrie Underwood shared a photo of her eldest son's 4th birthday cake, and it's exactly what he wanted — and pretty much the greatest cake ever.

The multi-dimensional cake features a lifelike Kermit the frog wearing a birthday hat, along with some of the other muppet characters around him on the surface of the cake. Underwood shares that Isaiah's favorite movie is Muppets Most Wanted, so this was his dream cake.

Ivey Childers of Ivey Cakes in Brentwood, Tenn., created the custom cake. Childers also happens to be one of Underwood's best friends, even attending Underwood's Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Ceremony last year. You may have seen Childers' other creations including at Underwood's cupcake-cake at her Cry Pretty listening party. She also created the one of a kind cake at Underwood's Grand Ole Opry 10th Anniversary of her induction along with Reba McEntire's 40th anniversary, as well as his 3rd birthday cake last year. He was into Mickey Mouse at that time.

Along with his extra special birthday cake, Isaiah was able to drop the first puck at the Nashville Predators vs. Edmonton Oilers on Monday, Feb. 25, with his dad by his side. Officially, it was the Predators' "Mike Fisher Night," but Isaiah was the star. The special game was to celebrate Fisher's time and leadership with the Nashville Predators team. Both father and son donned their own Predators jerseys with big smiles.

Underwood and Fisher welcomed a second child, another boy, Jacob, in January.
