Carrie Underwood Hits the Blue Carpet at ‘Soul Surfer’ Premiere

Carrie Underwood was riding high at the 'Soul Surfer' premiere in Hollywood, Calif. on March 30. Underwood is making her big film debut in 'Soul Surfer,' which tells the story of surfer Bethany Hamilton. Hamilton was only 13-years-old when she lost her left arm in shark attack while surfing near her home in Hawaii. In the film, Underwood portrays Sarah Hill, a youth counselor who helps Hamilton deal with the attack and muster the courage to get back in the water. Underwood went stag to the premiere, and wore a beige and black lace cocktail dress with black pumps.
