Chris Young closed ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' last night, but the two new songs he played for the audience and television viewers aren't what has fans talking today. Steve, Young's bass player, proposed to his girlfriend Missy during Young's performance, but if you weren't paying attention you might have missed it.

Steve stood to Young's right, wearing a jacket over a black T-shirt reading "Missy, marry me?" The cameras closed in on the message halfway through the performance of 'You,' a new song from Young's 'Neon' album. After Kimmel did his thank yous and goodnights, there was a closer shot of the tee as Young began singing another new song called 'Lost.'

After the show, Young took to his Twitter page to let fans know the outcome. In response to a fan asking if anyone noticed the T-shirt, Young said, "Missy did... And she said yes!!" Later he posted, "So congrats to my bass player Steve and Missy!"

Later he tweeted about the red-eye flight he'd be taking to get back east for this weekend's shows in Nebraska, Arkansas, and Kentucky. Later this summer, Young will be opening dates for Jason Aldean.
