Actress (and now singer) Gwyneth Paltrow will perform the Oscar-nominated song 'Coming Home' from her recent film 'Country Strong' at this year's 83rd Annual Academy Awards ceremony. Paltrow will join fellow nominees Florence Welch, Alan Menken and Randy Newman as musical performers on the show, which airs Sunday, Feb. 27 on ABC.

It will be Gwyneth's second live television singing performance in as many months, following her January guest-hosting stint on 'Saturday Night Live,' where she performed a comical rendition of the Kenny Rogers / Dolly Parton hit 'Islands in the Stream' alongside cast member Jason Sudekis.

Paltrow also appeared on a recent episode of the hit television show 'Glee,' in which she performed a cover of Cee-Lo Green's 2010 hit 'Forget You.'  No word on future musical plans for the multi-talented star have been announced yet, but hey, Jack White may be looking for a new female partner right about now..
