Joel Crouse Announces Debut Album, ‘Even the River Runs’
Singer-songwriter Joel Crouse chose social media to announce the deets of his debut album. He took a break from dining in Nashville to share the news with his fans.
“I have big news to announce this afternoon,” the newcomer says in the video reveal. “I’m currently at a Chipotle in Nashville, that’s not the big news, but my album -- my first album -- comes out Aug. 19. It’s called ‘Even the River Runs.’”
The Show Dog-Universal artist has yet to release an album, but has had a little chart success. His first single, ‘If You Want Some,’ dropped in 2013 and reached No. 32 on the Country Airplay chart. Crouse has also toured with big acts like the Band Perry and Toby Keith.
After sharing the news on Monday (June 23), the singer's speculated love interest -- fellow country-star-in-training Lucy Hale -- let her millions of followers see that even she was excited for the news. She responded to Crouse's tweet with a thumbs up of her own -- literally.
Before he releases his album, Crouse is on the road playing his music for fans. He's set to take the Opry stage this June before hitting the road with Darius Rucker in July. Full tour dates for the 22-year-old are on his website.
