It’s Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts’ House!
The Real Estalker reports that Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts and his wife Allison bought this 5-and-a-half-acre property for $1.95 million in 2005. A long, gated driveway builds excitement as one steers toward the columned front porch and stares out at the octagonal-shaped observatory room that crowns the brick structure.
Hardwood floors and three ovens make the kitchen a chef's dream. Multiple fire places and sitting rooms keep the house feeling cozy, but if you want to walk the grounds you can take a rest beneath multiple terraces or an old-growth tree. The only thing it's missing: a swimming pool. Perhaps that's why the bassist moved. See more pictures of this house below, and click to see more homes of country stars.
