On Saturday, July 9, Albany's WGNA will be hosting their 18th annual Countryfest at the Altamont Fairgrounds. This year, Grammy-winning country superstar Miranda Lambert will be headlining the show along with Randy Houser, Joanna Smith, Brett Eldredge, Sunny Sweeney and John Michael Montgomery. Chris Cagle was originally scheduled to perform, but had to cancel since he is undergoing a throat operation.

People will be allowed to start parking their cars at 7:30AM, the infield gates to Fairgrounds open at 11AM, and the show starts at 1PM. Since seating is first come, first served, be sure to get there early with your lawn chairs and blankets to secure a great spot!

Tickets for the show, which will occur rain or shine, will be available on April 11 at 62 Hannaford locations. Also, tickets will be available for purchase on WGNA's official website. This festival attracts nearly 25,000 attendees every year, so don't wait 'til the last minute to pick up a ticket. With acts like Miranda Lambert and Randy Houser taking the stage, this show is sure to sell out quickly.
