With Memorial Day taking place Monday (May 27) the summer is officially—well, technically—here. While the day will be spent remembering and paying homage to the countless of people who laid down their lives while serving our country, most of us will also probably spend it around a BBQ somewhere eating a bunch of amazing food.

And yes, some of the amazing spread probably will include that all-American summer staple...corn on the cob.

But if the sheer idea of yet another ear of corn isn’t getting your taste buds going, maybe it's time to take the classic up a notch. We got this idea from our friends at Delish: Bacon-wrapped corn. It's the perfect option to turn up the heat a bit at your summertime soirees! Who doesn’t love bacon...right?

Luckily, this dish is one of those easy, three-ingredient recipes that can be made in a jiffy. Worried about the bacon causing a grease fire? Simply wrap the bacon-wrapped ears in aluminum foil to avoid a total BBQ fail. And then pull up your sleeves and enjoy...all summer long.

Bacon-Wrapped Corn

1/4 c. ranch dressing
