Blake Shelton Engages in Twitter War With Westboro Baptist Church

Blake Shelton has responded to the rumor that the Westboro Baptist Church would be picketing his upcoming Oct. 3 show in Kansas City, Mo. The Twitter exchange was ... colorful, to say the least, with both sides using words you may not want showing up on your computer screen at work.

Shelton responded to a WBC poster which announced the 45-minute-long protest outside the Sprint Center:

From there, the two sides went back and forth until the singer closed with two tweets his followers supported whole-heartedly. The episode went down on Wednesday night (Sept. 25) at about 10PM ET. Earlier in the day, Shelton appeared on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.'
