Brad Paisley's fall tour will take him to a few of the biggest universities in America. The Country Nation College tour is set to begin on Sept. 6 with a free show on the campus of Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Va.

Eric Paslay will join Paisley for the first show of the tour, presented by Zaxby’s. For now, only three additional dates have been announced, but more are expected in the coming weeks. The University of Texas, Baylor University and the University of Arkansas are part of the initial two weekends of dates. Pat Green will be a special guest for the UT show, while the Raging Idiots will be a part of the Baylor and Arkansas shows.

Paisley’s next single from the Moonshine in the Trunk album will be the tour’s namesake. “Country Nation” is set to hit radio next month. It becomes the fourth release from the chart-topping album from 2014. All have reached the Top 10 at radio, with “Perfect Storm” hitting No. 1 earlier this year.

The tour adds to an already busy fall for the 2016 Country Jam Colorado headliner. He’ll serve as an advisor to Blake Shelton’s team on The Voice this year, and once again co-host the CMA Awards. Paisley and Carrie Underwood will helm the show for an eighth year. The 2015 CMA Awards air live on ABC on Nov. 4.
