New Country Albums

New country music releases will come early and often in 2013. Already announced are forthcoming albums from Darius Rucker and Tim McGraw. Others, like Brad Paisley and LeAnn Rimes, have promised new projects before the azaleas bloom. George Strait, the Band Perry, Faith Hill ... all have hinted that they'll release a new album before year's end.

Never has a single better represented an artist's album than 'Cruise' does for Florida Georgia Line's 'Here's to the Good Times.' Thick production, heavy guitarwork and big fat hooks define the 11 songs -- six of which were written by Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard.

New music is on the way from Pistol Annies, according to the group's most recognizable member. Miranda Lambert took to her official Twitter account this week to share the news that the 'Takin' Pills' trio is back in the studio working on their sophomore album.

Rucker has announced that the album, 'True Believers,' will hit stores on January 22. The 12-track album was produced by Rucker's longtime friend and producer, Frank Rogers, and contains 10 tunes co-written by the singer.

Tim McGraw will debut a new single from his upcoming 'Two Lanes of Freedom' album at the 2012 CMA Awards on Thursday night. The singer made the announcement alongside details of the new album on Tuesday morning. 'One of Those Nights' is part of a collection of songs that promises to cover his broadest emotional range yet.
