Chase Bryant’s “Little Bit of You” is an uptempo love song that should assimilate nicely with what country fans find on the radio. The newcomer will continue to draw comparisons to Keith Urban with this track. It’s well-written pop-country with small windows for his musicianship.

“I could use a little bit of your sweet kiss / Your lips on a night like this / I don't wanna be lonely with the stars all out / Need you here to help me or I might lose count / I could use a little bit of you right now,” Bryant sings with enthusiasm at each chorus.

A similar lyric could be construed as a yearning-for-lost-love song, but “Little Bit of You” is performed over an upbeat, optimistic arrangement. A full chorus of backing vocalists help him each time the song climaxes. The verses are quieter valleys.

“Got my wheels pulling off that highway / My headlights pointing down your street / I got your song cranked up on the radio / But you ain't singing sitting next to me, yeah,” he sings at the second verse. A short guitar solo comes before the bridge:

“Oh, I could use a little bit of your heartbeat on mine / Your head on my chest all night long.”

“Little Bit of You” continues where the Taste of Country Music Festival performer left off with “Take It on Back.” There’s nothing in the song's way to becoming a hit. Similar songs have become hits quickly in the last few years.

Why Fans Will Love It: The uptempo love song is easy to listen to. Colorful lyrics drive a hooky melody.

Key Lyrics: "I don't wanna be lonely with the stars all out / Need you here to help me or I might lose count / I could use a little bit of you right now."

Did You Know?: The left-handed Bryant plays his guitar upside down and backwards.
