Dan + Shay Have Two Reasons to Celebrate this Holiday Season

Dan + Shay will be home for Christmas this year, and they have not one, but two reasons to celebrate, the duo tell ToC Nights.

“We have some shows coming up, you know, leading up to Christmas so we will have the holidays off, as far as Christmas. And my birthday is on the 27th," Shay Mooney shares, adding that the pair will get some time to spend with their families. "So I get to celebrate my birthday and New Year’s and everything probably back in Arkansas."

The "Nothin' Like You" singers will continue playing shows through Dec. 12, and thankfully, they'll get the opportunity to perform some Christmas classics (which they excel at). The two recently wrapped up their Just the Right Kind of Crazy Tour with Kelsea Ballerini.

“We’ve always been fans of hers and love all her music," Mooney gushes. "She’s very talented and very entertaining to watch. She’s great. We’ve had a blast with her and super glad we got that to take her out."

After a short break to relax, Dan + Shay will return to the road in early 2016 — rolling on new wheels! The guys are getting a bus upgrade fit for two kings.

“We’re gonna have our own bus. It’s gonna be cool, we’re gonna have a studio in the back," Dan Smyers reveals.

We can't wait to see Dan and Shay on the road next year in their new whip!
