Dolly Parton – Most Famous Mullets

Dolly Parton has almost as many wigs as hit songs, but we have to call her out on this Mississippi Mudflap. This picture was taken just five years ago, and there are others in her yearbook that come close to a full mullet. Parton is the only female country artist on this Most Famous Mullets list, although we've been hunting for rumored Beaver Paddles on Reba McEntire.
