"Uncle Si" has invested in a home upgrade that is so Duck Commander. The reality TV star's unique new patriotic roof even made the local news!

Most people, when updating their home, go for granite countertops, modernizing the interior, maybe opening up the living room. But Si Robertson, "Uncle Si" from the hit show Duck Dynasty, is going for a very unique patriotic upgrade for his home.

"Uncle Si" has been known for his funny sayings, unique sense of humor and love for his country. Recently, he took his love for America to a new level — literally!

Check out the unique renovation below.

Northeast Louisiana Roofing, a company in Monroe, La., builds patriotic roofs for veterans, such as Uncle Si, and they really showed off on this new design. The roofing company says that they have created a program to help low-income veterans and hope to make red, white and blue roofs for others.

Uncle Si showed his approval of the design on his podcast, Duck Call Room.

“You got to admit, it really looks good,” he boasts. “That’s my house now, OK? It’s got red, white and blue shingles on it.”

Jase Robertson also shared pics of the roof with his fans, saying, "There’s no mistaking Si’s priorities in his senior years: He loves Jesus, and he loves America. And he’s definitely unashamed."
